Allison Jones is a practising freelance, professional breathing artist living in Tasmania. Currently, she is running New and Exciting Art Workshops at Channel Court in Kingston. Check out the list of times and classes. There is a workshop to suit everyone - come along... Relax, Create and Enjoy.

Artbites is now officially open!

ArtBites, an art accessible space for everyone and is now in the new Channel Court Shopping Centre (next to Telstra).

This artspace is free and open to the community sharing the ethos of Artbites to act as a place for artists, community and educators to intersect and collaborate.

Allison is facilitating the studio space that offers both art experiences and formal art classes to everyone.

Come in for an art experience and describe what you think the art space should be.

Monday: Lower Primary 4-5pm @ $20 per session or $100 for 6 week term

Tuesday: Upper Primary 4-5pm @ $20 per session or $100 for 6 week term

Allison is tertiary trained, has years of experience teaching professionally and running art workshops. She is the Artist in Residence at Fullers Bookshop where she recently ran a hugely successful paper workshop and  Fullers Ferrets in repurposing old books. 

Back by popular demand recent workshops for Destroy this Book 2 for Adults were SOLD OUT to Fullers 16 August as were the Destory this Book for Kids on 25 August. Stay tuned for more upcoming Fuller workshops and book early to avoid missing out.

Allison has also been a regular contributor to the Kids Allowed Project and also working at The Hunt running workshops.

Allison attended a course called  AFTRS Run Your Own Creative Business Business by Monica Davidson at Salamanca on 16.02.2012
